NHUI TIANDA OIL PIPE CO***NY LIMITED was founded in 1993, currently has capital of RMB 170 Million, and which operates Cold Drawing and Hot Rolling production plants.
The Cold Drawing production plant is located in Tianchang City, Anhui Province, has more than twenty production lines, all of which are equipped with advanced manufacturing technologies. The major sizes for oil pipes and other industrial applications are ¦µ48.3mm ~¦µ114.3mm. Including API pipes, casing & tubing and tubes for boilers, ship-building pipes, stainless steel pipes and alloy steel tubes, the annual output is 100,000 tons. The Hot Rolling production plant is located in the Development Zone of Economy and & Technology, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. The hot rolling oil pipe production lines are made in China and categorized as Heavy Equipment. The major sizes are ¦µ114.3mm ~¦µ219.1mm for oil casings. The annual output is 200,000 tons.
In order to make our product offerings more comprehensive and further our industrial links, our co***ny invested and built up oil pipe and casing & tubing heat treatment lines of annual output 100,000 tons and casing threading machining lines of annual output 100,000 tons.
The co***ny has obtained the American Petroleum InstituteˇŻs certification and obtained API certificates for API 5CT and API 5L, attained ISO9001 International Quality System certification. And in respect of ship relative classifications, the co***ny has obtained the following certifications: CCS (China), DNV (Norway), LR (UK), GL(Germany), ABS (America), BV (France), KR (Korea), NK (Japan). The co***nyˇŻs products were awarded ˇ°Product Exemption from Quality Surveillance Inspectionˇ± by the Chinese government. The comprehensive quality assurance system has been kept in winning market shares and new markets for the co***ny.
